Pete Townshend and Rachel Fuller will be making a special appearance at the Union Square Barnes & Noble book store in New York City on Friday, May 29 at 7PM, to discuss their work on the upcoming CD release of Classic Quadrophenia and to sign CD inserts. They will be talking with Alan Light, the former Editor-in-Chief of Spin and Vibe magazines, and frequent contributor to the New York Times, Rolling Stone, and Mojo magazine.
The CD must be purchased at the Union Square store before the event. The official release date for the Classic Quadrophenia CD is June 9, and the CD will be shipped to home at that time.
A limited number of 100 pre-signed CD booklets were also made available to those who could not attend the signing on a first-come, first-served basis.
Here is the approximate event schedule.
7:00pm - Interview with Alan Light (30-40 minutes)
7:45pm - Booklet signing
9:30pm - Signing wrap-up
10:00pm - Pete and Rachel depart
