After wrapping up their North American Quadrophenia tour in Providence, The Who gave one last performance at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in NYC on Feb 28, where they topped the bill for the Who Cares concert to benefit Teenage Cancer America. Also on the bill was Elvis Costello & The Imposters, who closed their set with a performance of Substitute.
